If it works, I will let the BBB know that the case is settled and will update this information here as well. If the fix works, I will keep the software however the BBB is already on the case to get my money back. It's an excellent free software for video-capturing and it's simple to use for everyone (don't confuse it with Camtasia, it's another program not free DeltaCrypt DUSK-HOME I paid 5 for 3 licenses because it is much cheaper than their 1. I have not tried the fix yet.not sure if it will work but I did get a response and did decide to report this company to the BBB and Ripoff Report to help others like myself. I believe this was it.(mentions my name, order and solution to the problem). Sorry we just found your email mixed in with a bunch of junk mail. At 2:28pm, 17 minutes later I received this reply. Further will add my complaints to the ripoff report".
